Are You Ready for Mock Draft Madness? IOG MOCK DRAFT 1.0

Rich Wilhelm @koda522

Alberto Torres @17thbird

Kevin Lidlow @klidlow65

  1. Chicago Bears- Caleb Williams QB USC: There will be a lot of debate on what the Bears will do at the QB position, but ultimately will decide to move on from Fields and take Williams instead.

  2. Washington Commanders- Jayden Daniels QB LSU: A lot of analysts believe that the Commanders will most likely take Drake Maye here, and they just might depending how free agency goes. But I see Maye as a project QB that will need to sit a year before being the franchise guy, Daniels to me makes the most sense.

  3. New England Patriots- Drake Maye QB UNC: The Patriots signed Brissett during free agency to be a bridge quarterback, which makes too much sense that they take Maye so he can learn. .

  4. Arizona Cardinals- Marvin Harrison Jr. Ohio State: With a depleted receiver room after losing Brown and  Rondale Moore. The Cardinals are in desperate need of a playmaker.

  5. Los Angeles Chargers- Malik Nabers WR LSU: Losing both Williams and Allen will make the chargers in need of a wide receiver. Nabers is a good fit here.

  6. New York Giants- Rome Odunze WR Washington: The Giants had an impressive free agency with signing two key offensive lineman and Brian Burns. Now they just need a playmaker.

  7. Tennessee Titans- Brock Bowers TE Georgia: The Titans filled their receiver room through free agency, which allows them to be more flexible with the 7th pick. I think they add another playmaker.

  8. Atlanta Falcons- Jared Verse Edge Florida State: After signing Cousins, I see the Falcons address their pass rusher needs. Which allows them to take Verse.

  9. Denver Broncos (Via Bears)- JJ McCarthy QB Michigan: I have a hard time believing that the Broncos are going to stick with Stidham as their starting QB. They really like McCarthy based on the reports and are willing to trade up.

  10.  New York Jets- Joe Alt OT Notre Dame: Even though they signed Smith, this pick gives the Jets a lot of flexibility. They can trade down, or make a luxury pick. It’s hard to pass up on Joe Alt though.

  11.  Minnesota Vikings- Byron Murphy DT Texas: I originally thought the Vikings would take an edge here but after signing Greenard, they will address their need at defensive tackle.

  12.  Chicago Bears (Via Den)- Dallas Turner Edge Alabama: After getting more picks from the Broncos, the Bears address the pass rusher needed with Dallas Turner.

  13.  Las Vegas Raiders- Taliese Fuaga OT Oregon State: The Raiders need offensive line help after losing one of theirs to the Giants, but they fill the need here.

  14.  New Orleans Saints- JC Latham OT Alabama: The saints take Latham here due to Trevor Penning not working out with them. As I mentioned with the Jets, to me it could go either way, but Latham is a good pass blocker that just needs to clean up a few things.

  15.  Indianapolis Colts- Nate Wiggins CB Clemson: The Colts have a primary need at receiver to go alongside with Pittman, whom they are trying to extend. However they can fill that need in free agency, Wiggins had a strong combine and could go earlier but for now he lands with the Colts.

  16.  Seattle Seahawks- Terrion Arnold CB Alabama: The Seahawks were very quiet this free agency, therefore they could use their pick in many ways. I think they take a corner

  17.  Jacksonville Jaguars- Quinyon Mitchell CB Toledo: Jaguars need help in the secondary, Mitchell can help solidify it.

  18.  Cincinnati Bengals- Olumuyiwa Fashanu OT Penn State: The Bengals don’t have a pressing need for offensive line but with one of the best still on the board, it’s hard to say no

  19.  Los Angeles Rams- Laiatu Latu Edge UCLA: The Rams exceeded expectations last season, but they’re going to need help on the defensive side of the ball. Latu would be a good fit for them on the edge.

  20.  Pittsburgh Steelers- Troy Fautanu OT Washington: The second year in a row where the steelers invest in an offensive line. Fautanu fits the Steelers in which they’re trying to accomplish.

  21.  Miami Dolphins-  Jackson Powers-Johnson OL Oregon: The Dolphins are in desperate need of offensive lineman, especially on the younger side. They’ve sustained a good amount of injuries on that side.

  22. Philadelphia Eagles- Ennis Rakestraw Jr CB Missouri: The Eagles can’t continue to address their secondary with veteran guys, they need to go younger.

  23.  Houston Texans-  Brian Thomas Jr. WR LSU: The Texans could use another wide receiver to pair along with Collins and Dell. Thomas would provide depth in case one of them goes down again.

  24.  Dallas Cowboys- Tyler Guyton OT Oklahoma: With losing Tyron Smith, The Cowboys will need to replace him. Guyton makes sense here.

  25.  Green Bay Packers- Cooper DeJean CB Iowa: Packers need help on defense, especially in the secondary. DeJean fits in the system they are going to run.

  26.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Xavier Worthy WR Texas: The Bucs just signed Evans to an extension, but will also need to worry about Godwin the following year as well. Eventually they won’t be able to re-sign these guys and will have to look elsewhere.

  27.  Arizona Cardinals- Darius Robinson Edge Missouri: Robinson’s versatility would be a great addition to Gannon’s style of defense.

  28.  Buffalo Bills- Kool-Aid McKinstry CB Alabama: With the recent cuts the Bills have made, They’re trying to go younger especially on defense. McKinstry adds depth to that position.

  29.  Detroit Lions- Zach Frazier OL West Virginia: With both of their guards hitting free agency, they’ll need to fill that hole. Frazier, who was a former wrestler, definitely will fit in Campbells system.

  30. Baltimore Ravens- Adonai Mitchell WR Texas: The ravens can go either way here, I think they fill a need and take a receiver with their pick. Also wouldn’t rule out taking a lineman either.

  31.  San Francisco 49ers- Amarius Mims OT Georgia: The 49ers will need help on the offensive line, taking the best one available will make it an easy choice.

  32. Kansas City Chiefs- Troy Franklin WR Oregon: Despite winning the super bowl with a lack of wide receivers, it’s still a glaring need and need to be addressed if they want a chance at a 3rd super bowl in a row.
