John Hazelet’s Daily Fantasy: Week 4
Last week was the week of upsets… Hopefully this week will be a little bit more predictable… Now let’s win some money! At quarterback I like Matt Ryan for 8100. Atlanta is at home against Cincinnati and I like this matchup. I like what I saw from Ryan last week and I like what I saw from the Atlanta offense for the first time since their Super Bowl season. For my first running back give me Jordan Howard at 7200. Howard and Bears will be hosting Tampa Bay at home. I love this matchup for Howard who is going to be the focus of the Bears offense. At my second running back spot give me Alvin Kamara at 9100… I say it all the time, Kamara is expensive because he’s worth it. This guy will have touches both as a receiver and a running back. I could see 150 total yards and a couple of scores. At wide receiver I have a little bit of a man crush on this guy… Will Fuller 7600 against the Colts. Fuller always seems to be the number one target for Watson game in and a game out when he is healthy. I like this matchup this week. I could see 100 yards and a touchdown or two. My next wide receiver may be a bit of a surprise… Tyler Lockett 6800 at Arizona. The Arizona defense just doesn’t impress me and like it has done a fantastic job in the absence of Baldwin. Even if Baldwin is back this week I think like it will be the go to. Finally, my third wide receiver Calvin Ridley 6300. Now I don’t expect him to have the same week he did against the Saints. But I do think he will be a major factor in the game. For my tight end spot give me Trey Burton at 6300. Similar to Howard I think Burton has a fantastic matchup this week. I think this will be his breakout week as a Bear. In the flex position I’m taking a rookie… Christian Kirk 5400. With Rosen at QB, I think Kirk will flourish. These two rookies seem to have a great rapport in the preseason. And in Rosen’s first start I think he won’t lean on someone he is familiar with. For my defense… Give me the Cleveland Browns at 3500… Yes you heard that correctly I took the Browns defense… The Browns defense has been a top 10 fantasy defense so far this year and I think they could put up some decent numbers against the Raiders. A little risky… But I like the risk reward here. Other players I would consider this week… Anyone on the giants, (Eli, Barkley, Odell, Sheppard) Drew Brees and Giovanni Bernard.
