We came back down to earth last week with a 1-2 week but is it really a lost bet if it means New England loses? That’s just money well spent. We’re going to close out the season strong, with 3 picks for week 15. All lines from Bovada. New Orleans Saints (-16) vs New York Jets
A huge spread but the Saints are probably the best team the Jets have played this year. The Jets will have Bryce Petty starting his first game of the season against the Saints dangerous secondary. I expect a huge game from Kamara here where he converts on third down over and over against a promising but mistake prone Jets Defense. Once the Saints get ahead Petty won’t be able to catch up and Kamara and Ingram will keep the bleeding going. Miami Dolphins (+3) at Buffalo Bills
No one really knows who these two teams are. The Dolphins are coming off an upset of the Division leading New England Patriots but does anyone truly believe they’ve turned a corner? The Bills seem to play up against good competition and fall apart against teams they should beat. With two bad squads going at it I’ll take the team coming off a win with points in their favor.
San Francisco 49ers (- 1 ½) vs the Tennessee Titans
Time to see if Jimmy G is for real. The Niners have won their last two games versus weak competition and come into this one favored for the first time in a while. The difference being the offense is being run by someone at least somewhat capable, the Titans have fallen far short of their lofty expectations and I feel momentum will be the decider in this one.
